Beccie D’Cunha runs Courage Lab. Beccie has held CEO and Director roles within charities and small businesses, including one of the UK’s first workplace mediation companies. She has a strong track record of developing happy, resilient teams and of leading organisations through change, crisis and uncertainty. With 20 years experience as a mediator and facilitator, she is a strong advocate that mediation skills are essential for modern leadership - these skills enabled her to build resilient, high-performing and loyal teams, even in the face of serious adversity.

Beccie is also an experienced conflict coach, trainer and a qualified Lumina Spark Practitioner. She uses this new generation psychometric tool to build emotional intelligence and strong workplace relationships.
